Profile Guidelines

・You must be at least 18 years old or the age that the you can legally enter into a contract independently in your home country if such age is greater than 18. We do not tolerate creating profiles that may mislead the reader into believing that you are an age different to your actual age. Furthermore, please note that we will conduct and ID check before we allow you to use GALAXY and may ask for further proof if any doubts arise concerning your age.

・We ask users to register at least one picture that depict only you and show your face clearly. We do not permit pictures that are disoriented, have heavy digital effects, show someone other than yourself, contain offensive content such as nudity/violence or have any other effects that interfere with other users from being able to see your face clearly.

・Apart from pictures that show your face, we also recommend registering pictures that represent who you are such as your hobbies and preferences in order for a better match. However, when registering such pictures please note that pictures that infringe copyrights of a third party may lead to consequences not only inside GALAXY but also such as lawsuits from such party. We cannot check all such breach of rights and will not hold any responsibility to the third party if such a case arises. Furthermore, we do not permit content such as nudity/violence or any other content that may be offensive or infringe the rights of another person.

・You can choose a nickname for your profile. This does not necessarily have to be your legal name. However, in order to build a relationship through GALAXY, we recommend that you use a nickname that is an authentic representation of the name that you use in your everyday life. Please avoid using names of celebrities, fictional characters or names that cannot be considered valid such as names that only consist of words or symbols. Also, please note that once you choose a nickname, you cannot change it so please choose wisely.

・For your profile, please avoid offensive contents or any other content that may have a negative effect on others. Please note that we may ask you to take down such content that we find unsuitable for GALAXY.

・We ask users to choose a gender to show on their profile page as part of our unique content. Although we have tried to list as many options as possible, there may be some gender types that we have missed. Please contact us if that is the case and you cannot find the gender category under which you identify.

・We ask users to show their martial status on their profile. GALAXY is only for single people and we do not tolerate creating profiles that may mislead the reader into believing that you are single although you are actually married.

Content Guidelines

GALAXY is an application that aims to match people based on their likes, dislikes and many other aspects of their personalities.
In order for a better match, we ask users to be themselves and express themselves as freely as they can in the below boundaries. Just be yourself and respect others!
For a good experience for everyone, we specifically ask that the below and any other content that may harm others is avoided.

(a) Illegal, promotes illegal activities GALAXY is an application with the aim to match people and create a friendly society. We do not tolerate our application from being used for purposes otherwise. This includes advertising of drugs, illegal commercials, infringement of the rights of others and any other illegal related act.

(b) harmful to minors or contains obscene, pornographic, violent content or otherwise may offend human dignity GALAXY is only admitted to adults and one reason for this is to protect minors from any problems that may arise through the usage of this application. We find it important and a high priority that we protect minors and will not tolerate any content that may lead to harming minors including sex trafficking, drugs, porn or any other content that may have a bad influence on minors either directly or indirectly.

(c) abusive, threatening, discriminatory or encourages racism, sexism, hatred or bigotry GALAXY is only intended for those who are ready to respect others and communicate in a friendly manner. We do not tolerate any contend that may harm others.

(d) relates to commercial activities (including but not limited to sales, competitions, promotions, advertising and links to other websites or premium line telephone numbers) GALAXY is not a commercial application and we ask you not to use it in such a manner.

(e) involves the transmission of spam or junk mail; GALAXY is not a commercial application and we ask you not to use it in such a manner.

Safety

In order to ensure that GALAXY is a fun and safe application for everyone, we encourage users to speak up. Please feel free to report if you find that someone is violating the guidelines of making you feel uncomfortable. Your voice helps us to prevent such behavior and make our platform a better place for everyone.

Enforcement

All users that use GALAXY must follow these Guidelines. In such cases that we find that your are behaving in a way that breaches these Guidelines, we may take the following acts

・Issue a warning

・Removing content

・Ban your account

We may also cooperate with law enforcement and assist in potential crime investigations when necessary.
